Four stages of assurance
Every transaction passes through the same four-stage review before it reaches a counterparty.
1. Usability & documentation review
Contract terms, delivery windows and documentation are reviewed for clarity and completeness before signature, so nothing is ambiguous at load port.
2. Functional verification
Quantity, grade and specification are confirmed against the refinery allocation and the independent inspector's report.
3. Security & counterparty checks
Counterparty identity, financial standing and the payment instrument are verified before funds or product move. Client information is handled under ICC-standard confidentiality.
4. Compliance & release
Export permits, origin documentation and applicable trade regulation are checked. Only when all four stages align is the cargo released.
